Alteration/Cancellation Policy

Orders for custom garments are processed quickly to ensure the quick arrival of your purchases. As such we cannot guarantee the alteration/cancellation of an order once it has been placed.

However, there is often a 24-hour period between customer payment and the processing of the order by our tailor. If an alteration/cancellation request is placed before work on the garments has commenced, submitted by emailing customer@alphatailor.com with the subject line Cancellation and a brief explanation, we will happily alter/cancel your order as desired.
