Returns Policy

Refunds/Returns are offered on our products if they do not meet your expectations and our high quality standards.

However, as all garments are custom created, special arrangements are often required. In the event that your suit does not fit or is damaged, please email customer@alphatailor.com with the subject line Refunds/Returns and explain your situation. We will do our utmost to remedy any problem presented, including arranging local alterations or providing a full refund.
